Teampus (the “Provider"is a peer-to-peer communication service (hereafter the “Service”) allowing to communicate publicly inside a local network (“Local mode”) and privately thanks to a personalized url (“Private channels”) shared on external networks.
Anyone (hereafter called “User”) can use the Service with a connection to www.teampus.com. There is no login or settings as barrier to entry to the Service. Teampus either not restricted access to the Service. The Service is based on a peer-to-peer technology. Data are destructed after the time of sharing elapses. This time (“Display time”) is decided by the User between 1 minute, 1 hour or 1 day, meaning 24 hours. Data are not stored; neither backed. The Provider has no access to your data and therefore cannot recover them in case of loss.
The Service allows the User to send messages, discuss and exchange files publicly on local network and privately through dedicated web links.
As of now, the use of the Service is fully free of charge. In the future, the Service might incorporate features with specific requirements.
As it is currently built, the use of the Service cannot be restricted. Hence everyone with a local network or connected to external networks can access Teampus and use it as a support for internal and external communication.
By using the Service you acknowledge that Teampus has no knowledge of – or control over – any digital content sent through or used with the Service and Teampus can therefore not be held responsible or liable in any way neither for the use, content or storage of the said digital content.
The User may not make commercial use of Teampus, including but not limited to selling or distributing the Service to any third party.
The Service and its structure, organization, source code and documentation contain trade secrets of Teampus. The Provider is the sole owner of the Service.
Teampus may collect information about the use of the Service with the intention of improving its proposal. This notably includes statistics and performance metrics.
Teampus is unable to access Users personal data due to the peer-to-peer technology used. This means the Provider does not have access to the contents of chat communication, messages or files shared. These can only be accessed by Users to which they are explicitly shared publicly on a local network or privately through a web link.
Teampus is a sharing tool but not a backup or storage solution. Teampus cannot be reliable for data loss and cannot assist in recovery.
The User is solely responsible for the data sent and its content. Teampus is not responsible for any illegal data or data that was acquired in an illegal manner shared on the Service.
By using the Service, you also agree that the Service may include certain external communications. While Teampus is doing its best to ensure your security, it cannot be reliable for damages caused by external links you decided to access.
Teampus assumes no responsibility for what Users share, uploads, send, publish or say on the Service.
Teampus is free to amend its Terms of Service at its own discretion. The amended terms will be valid and in force when the new terms are displayed on www.teampus.com. The date on the Terms of Service ensures validity.
Teampus also reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Service without notice.
